It’s a dated monthly calendar mounted on a wooden stand, where:

• Each page shows one month (here: January 2019)

• You flip the pages over the metal spiral at the top as the months change

• The base is just a stand + branding space (often used as a corporate gift)

So unlike the earlier two (which were perpetual calendars), this one is a regular yearly desk calendar that must be replaced when the year ends.
